Sometimes the simple things are the best, like this bass. It doesn't pretend to be any more than a 70's budget-beater but there's just something about it. It's a FUN bass! It's big and unrefined and those 2 big chrome pickups aren't what you expect to see on a Jazz bass. But that bridge pickup is set really close to the bridge for a punchy tone that you can't get from any Fender. It looks pretty good with a nice sunburst finish and maple neck & rosewood fretboard with block inlays. It's a really long bass but balances really well and tips the scales at 10 lbs. It also has a funky control plate setup with pickup switch, volume and tone. I like it for what it doesn't pretend to be but also because it's just 'different'. Includes gig bag.
